It’ s morning

The sun comes up on ARIA. With it, your day begins. Toes sink into soft carpet. A quick wake-up showerin the spa-like bathroom. Warm coffee on the quartz countertop.  Sunlight reflecting off the marble backsplash.  Thoughtful details add harmony to the background of your morning rhythm.

HEADING OUT

Places to go. Goals to accomplish. People to meet. Walk across the street to Starbucks for a quick bite, latte, or mocha. Stroll up the block for a fresh, seasonal breakfast at First Watch.  Merge onto the K-7, K-10, or Santa Fe for a short drive to work. Explore this uniquely walkable neighborhood. Grocery stores,  doctors, dining spots, and dessert are all only a couple minutes’ walk away.

RETURN HOME

The day is over. Time to decompress and unwind.Chill, entertain, eat, and exercise in the Clubhouse and enjoy the interplay between indoors and outdoors. Take a spin on the bike, a row on the Hydrow, or a run on the Tread. Step directly from the fitness center onto the pool deck. Savor a dinner that starts on an outdoor lounge chair and ends with a drink by the fire pit. End your night with a  movie in the screening room. Whatever you’re in the mood for doing, you’ll find a space that’s just right.
